I. General provisions
These Standard Rules for admission to study at the Almaty College of Construction and Management LLP (hereinafter referred to as AKSiM), which implements professional educational programs of technical and vocational education, were developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007, the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2018 No. 578.
Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 7, 2018 No. 17705. AKSiM accepts citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons with basic secondary (general secondary), technical and vocational (primary vocational and secondary vocational), post-secondary, higher (higher vocational) education.
Upon admission to study at AKSiM, a quota is provided for the admission of persons determined by paragraph 8 of Article 26 of the Law.
The size of the admission quota was approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2012 No. 264 “On approval of the size of the admission quota for admission to study in educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education” (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 264).
II. The procedure for admission to study at the Almaty College of Construction and Management, implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education Acceptance of applications from individuals to study at AKSiM is carried out:
for educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, providing for the training of mid-level specialists and applied bachelors, for full-time education under state orders – from June 25 to August 18 of the calendar year on the basis of basic secondary education, from June 25 to August 20 of the calendar year on the basis general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education, on a paid basis – from June 25 to August 25 of the calendar year, for evening and correspondence courses – from June 25 to September 20 of the calendar year, in specialties requiring creative training – from June 25 until July 20 of the calendar year, for pedagogical and medical specialties – from June 25 to August 15 of the calendar year.
To receive a public service, the service recipient contacts AKSiM (hereinafter referred to as the service provider) or the “electronic government” web portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) and submits a package of documents in accordance with the Public Service Standard “Acceptance of documents in organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education” (hereinafter referred to as – Standard) in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Model Rules for Admission to training in educational organizations that implement educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.

Documents for admission must be presented by adults in person, and by minors in the presence of a legal representative.
The list of basic requirements for the provision of public services, including characteristics of the process, form, content and result of the provision of the service, is given in the Public Service Standard “Acceptance of documents in organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
Persons entering training under state orders for educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education (with the exception of TVET organizations that are within the competence of the authorized body in the field of education, culture and sports) undergo professional diagnostics (questionnaires) through the information system of the Education Department on a voluntary basis from June 25 of the calendar year After passing professional diagnostics, persons entering training at AKSiM in the following specialties: 02120100 Interior Design, 07310100 Architecture, 07310400 Design, restoration and reconstruction of civil buildings, 02150500 Acting, 02150300 Vocal art pass 2 creative exams in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2018 No. 578 “On approval of the Standard Rules for admission to training in educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education”, appendices 4 and 5. Topics for creative exams are established by AKSiM independently and creative exams are held from July 21 to July 28th.
Form and procedure (date, time, location, consultations) special and/or creative exam are approved by the chairman of the admissions committee and brought to the attention of applicants when accepting applications.
Admission to the classroom for a special and/or creative exam, psychometric testing, and interview is carried out upon presentation of an identification document of the applicant.
Before the start of a special and/or creative exam, applicants are given examination material and the procedure for preparing title pages is explained, as well as the start time and windows are indicated.
