This has become the reason for the increased demand and popularity of the appraiser profession. An appraiser is an expert whose profession is responsible for conducting a qualified assessment of property transactions, calculating the real value of property rights to tangible assets: shares, housing, land, motor transport and other types of tangible assets. An evaluation report is compiled based on the results of the assessment.

Appraisers work in insurance and outsourcing companies and specialized bureaus. They are often attracted by developers, as well as private clients who need to evaluate a business, intangible assets or, for example, a car. Many appraisers, having gained their first experience and collected a small capital, open their own companies, which allows them to grow professionally and increase their income.
